An Oligopoly is a group of leaders in a certain market. Like with the supermarket chain there is the oligopoly of Tesco, Asda, Somerfield and Sainsburys. In the music label side of things there's EMI Music Group, Universal Music Group, Sony and Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG). Hope this helps!
