Many advantages for the dictator and his corrupt inner circle, namely wealth and power, as well as for the governments and corporations who deal with them (and help them into power). A benevolent dictatorship has been called the"best form of government" by many political scientists. A benevolent dictator (who is rare, indeed) will respond to the needs of the people. The disadvantage of this form of government is that one never knows if, and when, a benevolent dictatorship will be followed by a despotic dictatorship.

The only advantage would be that no one has to go to the trouble of voting. Aside from that there is only one outcome possible. A malevolent relationship between the dictator and some people based on nothing more then the whim of one man, whether he means well or not. No society has ever succeeded for long under a dictatorship.

There are no benefits from any dictatorship, though the leader of a nation should create a fair and reasonable health system, education system, workplace laws that are fair to both Employeer and employee. Create greater family values, lower taxes on businesses when required, force banks to adhere to regulations set by government. Interest rates need to be authorized and governed to create a fair banking system. Though we also need a leader, a person that sticks by his words and if wrong ask the people to correct his miss direction. Help government through its mistakes and help create opportunities and corrective actions. See, hear and know what people need and remind them that needs are more important than wants. Serving in the Army of a minimum of 12 months to be inforced to teach the next generation morals, respect and responsibility. Work for the Dole to be implemented, and a individule contribution to be paid by the indervidule to better our public health system. And raise only true issues that will affect Lives and stop proper gander with missleading hypocracy that only places fear and stress on the people. Create jobs, through farming. Limit imergration, to people that can adapt, value, resect, and contribute to the community.
