well, there are perhaps many side effects that could come about from eatign yourself. The first and most obvious one would be that you would slowly be dying because you would be torn apart by your own teeth. Human flesh can also cause sever diharrea when in a human stomach. also, if you are eating yourself you alone would suffer from all side effects, so one would usually question your motivation behind doing so. One might find that human flesh tastes best grilled or sauted with teriaky or bbq sauces and vegetables with whole grain rice (healthy choice might i add) :) have fun trying new recipies for human flesh and deciding what kind you like best. I find that asian flesh is bit too salty so i prefer a milder italian or mideastern flesh.
