Almost every disease can be caused by a lack of vitamins. If you take the right about of vitamins every day then you chances for getting a disease will be much less. The only way you could get another disease would be another thing that is not related to vitamins like cigarettes or something that is known to cause disease. But now just because you don't have all your vitamins does not mean that you are going to get a disease it just means your lacking in the vitamins and you need more. But to get a disease or something related to vitamins you will have to be deficient in vitamins for a long time and have another force that would help the bringing on of that disease.

Scurvy = lack of vitamin C...which is why British sailors are called "limeys." They discovered

by carrying limes on long ocean voyages, they did not get scurvy.
