It would be easier to answer this question in reverse, as: What did they agree on? The answer to that question would be: "This space left intentionally blank" - as they did not agree on anything from: civil, lawful, and religion (in all its wide forms).

I disagree because even though Britain did give them to many taxes that were way over price, and used them for an economic resource and even though it it was to help pay for their financial cost then afterward they would repay them because they needed help for their economic issue, so they can help, support and make the 13 colonies wealthy.
The revolution would likely still have occurred, because more of the colonies had grievances and less self-government.

I would agree that Europe and Asia are physically one continent: Eurasia. They are a part of the same land mass and you cannot deny that. They are only split for political reasons.
You would have to specify an issue to see if the US and Greece agree; they agree about some things and disagree about other things.

Atheists do not have a position to agree or disagree with people converting to anything, it is the convertors own choice. However some atheists would disagree with converting to a religion because they believe religion to be untrue and thus that converting someone would be to feed him or her untruths.

Usually, the only ones who agree with stereotypes are close minded people who, of course, agree with the stereotype themselves. Open minded people will usually not believe in stereotypes.

I disagree. To "be good" is to follow the golden rule: do unto others as you would they do unto you, a moral principle that is worded differently in other religions but always means the same thing.
