The only probe that visited Jupiter and stayed for any length of time was the Galileo probe. Launch from Earth in 1989, it arrived at Jupiter in 1995, and orbited Jupiter and its moon until Sept. 2003, when,due to the deterioration of the orbiter, NASA crashed it into Jupiter's atmosphere.
Both Voyagers and Cassini/Huyguens did fly-bys of the planet without going into orbit.
