Reasons: 1. To respond fast and react. 2. So that they can basically treat it as quick and smoothy as they can. laters.
Quite a few reasons. There are a few basic principles that define life. They are (I'm not sure this is all of them and there are exceptions) the ability to eat or otherwise gain energy (ie photosynthesis), the ability to produce waste, the ability to respond to stimuli, the ability to reproduce, and the ability to adapt to your environment (through natural selection/evolution). Now its hard to say why its hard to define life. Take for example viruses. They gain energy, respond to stimuli, change, and produce waste. However they are unable to reproduce without the use of a living cell of another organism and therefore are considered nonliving. I also believe there was a sort of artificial life created, however since it reproduced using only rNA and not DNA it was not considered alive. So as you can see these are just a couple of examples of why it is hard to define things as living or nonliving.
In biology, there are six characteristics used to determine whether something is or is not a living thing. First, it must be made up of cells. Second, it must be able to reproduce. Third, it must respond to its environment. Fourth, it must adapt to its environment. Fifth, it must grow. And sixth, it must consume energy.
Although the olfactory receptors are sensitive, they easily adapt to odors and lose their ability to respond to them.
An amoeba defines life through its ability to grow, reproduce, respond to stimuli, and maintain homeostasis. These single-celled organisms also exhibit movement, metabolism, and the ability to adapt to their environment, which are characteristics of life.
The way a frog responds to changes in its environment depends on the nature of the change. If it is a big change, the for will adapt or leave, but is the change is very gradual the frog may seem to not notice the change at all.
Organisms have cellular organization. They reproduce and pass on traits to their offspring. They respond to stimuli and adapt to the environment.

Physical Fitness
They have organized cellular structures, the ability to obtain energy, ability to respond to their environment, the ability to reproduce, and the ability to adapt.
Adapt to what? i mean, they have already adpted to food shortages by storing nectar, what else do you want from them? really? what else would they have to adapt to?

The ability of an organism to react to stimuli from its environment or habitat is known as adaptation. Without being able to adapt, organisms would be unable to cope in the long term even with the most minor of changes. It would be like trying to bend a metal ruler with you hands.
It is called dynamic because it can change and adapt based on different conditions or inputs. Dynamic systems have the ability to adjust or respond to new information or changes in their environment, making them flexible and responsive.
the way the amendments demonstrate the ability of the constitution to adapt to in attitude about who should vote is by doing it.
