Andromeda =)
example of spiral galaxy.
It's an example of a Spiral Galaxy.
The Andromeda Galaxy, and the Triangulum Galaxy.
Every galaxy interacts, via gravity, with every other galaxy.
This represents a galaxy, which is a massive collection of stars, gas, dust, and other celestial objects bound together by gravity. The Milky Way is an example of a galaxy that contains millions of stars, along with interstellar gas and dust.
a spiral galaxy is what you call a "kind" or classificationfor example the milky way galaxy is a spiral galaxy
That's a bit tricky. Each type of galaxy has a wide range of sizes, so you can't say, for example, that any elliptical galaxy is larger than any spiral galaxy - because they aren't - though I believe that elliptical galaxies do have a general tendency to be larger than the other types.
