It is a weight loss program. See the point is all programs are designed by specialists and all of them are good you just need consistency and hard work. You should be aware of your daily food consumption and should be active and take proper sleep. The fundamentals are easy but to implement is difficult because we like to procrastinate. So we need to develop our willpower muscles.
