any physical or mental effort can an amount of causes stress. your physical and mental abilities, experience or strength give you the capacity to handle bigger problems with a manageble amount of stress. personnality types and your general outlook on life also play a role in how you approach stressful situations. do you see new experiences as a healthy challenge / oppertunity to learn something new or do you avoid anything new that makes you feel uneasy / unsure? most things require study or practice to do well and somethings you should just forget doing if you have no real interest in them. i can't break dance, pull a motorcycle up on the front or back wheel doing 70mph, write music, .... and that's the way it will remain.
I approve of this reply and would like to add that emotional and physical stress are inter-related, in that: as one respondent replied: "excercise". Yes, it's very important, but don't it just before you're trying to sleep. Certain exercises can "wake you up" and you're "ready to go". You don't want that. Both emotional and physical stress can be addressed by Alprozolam, of (for sleep) Ambien. Only your doctor can address that.
