Someone probably meant dorsiflexion aka pulling the toes closer to your shin.
Its counterpart would be plantar flexion, hence the idea of plantar extension.
Tbh, i also prefer the term of plantar extension, due to its clear indication that we are talking about something close to the foot; dorsum could be misinterpreted here as the back of the torso. (Even though for anatomists, the word dorsiflexion is reserved for ankle movement only.)
