Under privacy legislation, health service providers in the private sector can only use or disclose their patients information for main reason it was initially collected except where patients consent to their information being used for another purpose.

Who has had gigantism?

Gigantism is an untreatable condition. It's not a disease you can 'get over'. Medical privacy law is world-wide, so you're going to have difficulty finding out the answer to this question. You may be able to find a few cases published before privacy legislation became widespread, but, in my opinion, that would be contrary to the spirit of all privacy principles and legislation.
