Proclaiming is officially announcing something, usually to a group of people. Proclaiming makes it clear to everyone what is intended or what is about to happen.

What did Calvin Coolidge believed in?

Coolidge believed in the least amount of government possible. He restored respectability to the White House which had been tainted by Harding's scandals. Coolidge believed business was the bases of the American economy once proclaming that "business of America is business." He ignored foreign affairs, favoring an isolated US among other nations. He was also not too practical in foreign affairs, signing a treaty that outlawed war. He was very frugal in his personal and political life, and he slashed the budget at the expense of many economic groups, like farmers and veterans. In giving business basically a free hand, his policies, or lack of, would eventually become part of the underlying causes of the Great Depression.

Was Thomas hobbes a democeat or a Republican?

Thomas Hobbes was neither a Democrat, OR a Republican. In fact, Sir Thommas Hobbes II, as he was better known, was raised in his home state of Transylvannia, where he was to live a life of servitude in a very large but but very cold mansion. It had a cold and dark setting all about, and it is the weather that coasts along the hillsided manner that the young Thomas Hobbes would learn quickly in matters of politics, earning him a place rite to the top of his local government in Transylvania, and as he would grow into adult-hood, a boarding school just 8oo miles northwest of his home city. After the preperatory and educated boarding school/ house, he would go on to develop his beliefs along with Classical studies in further years, thus eventually landing himself a role within a firmly bound circle of competing and cooperating minds. These men of fine brandy and age old bourbon would speak as the drank the various selections of Cognac, and speaking of matters within this most exclusive group. One would say , "it is to I that the role shall be played of the Hobbesian pesimist," to which his friend sitting unto an opposite corner proclaimed, "and so, my dear Thomas Hobbes, in a show of respect to your ingenious plan of taking on this role as the Conservative, and grandstanding of political figures, I too shall choose take to choosing in this role of sociological leaders. It is I who will be the Optimistic Progressive, looking so effortlessly 'towards the West as they say' and their backs to the sun as it rises at the start of the Day." And so, then it was made certain, that these two individuals proclaming an alleigance to their own respective but opposing groups were to unveil the grand plot: To whom will mankind pay their respective allegiances to these opposing yet symbiotically existing entities. One Conservative, one democratic. One a 'pessimist' and one an 'optomist.' One cannot survive without the other. This is what Thomas Hobbes had to offer the historical catalog of political prevelance, even irreverance in terms of impact by political thought. Thankyou

What was Jesus ministry what did he do?

Jesus provided an example for us when he made a personal choice to do God's will. Because he had been born into the dedicated nation of Israel, he was already dedicated to God. Still, at his baptism he did something more than what was required under the Law. God's Word indicates that he said: "Look! I am come . . . to do your will, O God." (Heb. 10:7; Luke 3:21) So Jesus' baptism symbolized his presentation of himself to God for the doing of his Father's will. His followers imitate his example when they offer themselves for baptism. However, in their case, water baptism is a public demonstration that they have made a personal dedication to God in prayer.2000 years ago, God the son came and lived on earth for a tme. His name was Jesus and he was born to the virgin Mary. In doing this he became fully man along with being fully God.He lived a life, had friends, felt persecution and experienced temptation. He lived his life completely without sin. He never did one thing that was out of God's will. After about 33 years, he was imprisoned, wrongly prosecuted and executed. 3 days later he came back to life and was eventually taken to heaven. While here he promised us that if we have faith in him, he will forgive our sins. His victory over death will be our victory over death. We can exchange our sinfulness for his righteousness. This is the best deal ever. Those that believe in Jesus believe that upon death they will be taken to heaven and live in His glory forever.
