There is mild narrowing of the central canal and teh lumbar spine. This in combination with prominent epidural fat, results in Effecement of Ceberal Spinal Fluid (CSF) around the nerve roots in the thecal sac.
This describes a minor bulging of a spinal disc at the L5-S1 level, which is causing a slight compression of the thecal sac (the membrane surrounding the spinal cord) and minimal displacement of the epidural fat. It may lead to symptoms like low back pain or sciatica. Tracking the condition with a healthcare provider is recommended.
The spinal cord is surrounded by an extension of three layers of covering ("Dura") from the skull. The space outside of this "covering" of three layers is named the epidural area, "epi" meaning 'over' or 'above'... Epidural fat means fat outside the dura, and is reported on MRI's & CT's to indicate that something is pushing on the dura either from inside (like a herniated disc) or from the outside (like pressure from something outside the dural layer)... scar tissue is one thing that could displace epidural fat...
This is an omental hernia. There is a weak space in the ventral wall (abdomen) and the lining of the cavity (perineum) has protruded out but also some of the fat. The fat is like an apron covering the intestines. This is called the omentum.
"Prominence" is something that sticks out or protrudes. A bony prominence is probably referring to someone's nose, but could also be a sharp elbow, a knobby knee, or even the shoulder blades of someone who does not have much body fat.
In humans the epidural space contains lymphatics, spinal nerve roots, loose fatty tissue, small arteries, and a network of large, thin-walled blood vessels called the epidural venous plexus.

The mesentery is derived from what is known in the embryo as the dorsal mesentery. The dorsal mesentery is larger than the ventral mesentery, which gradually becomes other parts of the peritoneum. Most parts of the ventral mesentery are associated with the liver. ---------------------------------------------------------Recommend if u like this.....
1. Skin, 2 Subcutaneous fat, 3 Interspinous ligament, 4 Ligamentum flavum, 5 Epidural space, 6 Dura mater to arrive at the subarachnoid space.
The term huge man can mean a number of things. It can mean a man who is physically tall, fat, or muscular; a man with prominence in a particular field; or an important, a famous, or an infamous man.
The most common frog dissection method is to slice a capital "I" shape on the ventral side of the frog. Peel open and pin back the skin, then repeat this for the muscle layer. Remove fat bodies and observe.
Sarcomas are cancerous tumors that invade the body's soft tissues such as muscle, nerves and fat. Paraspinal sarcoma originates in the area on either side of the spine (paraspinal region). It can also involve the space within the vertebra known as the spinal canal (vertebrae and epidural region).
