Quasi-static (Quasi-equilibrium)
harold laski
In monostable multivibrators Circuits (quasi stable state) is one of two states, stable state and quasi stable state which is invoked by an external trigger and it will stay there for value determined by time constant.
Quasi means close but not quite there it a state of uncertainty
India is a quasi federal state explain
Every multivibrators have two states:quasi stable and stable state. quasi stable state are triggered state, when a trigger pulse is given the vibrator reaches this state. For example, Astable multivibrators have no triggers so,two stable states. Monostable multivibrators have one trigger so,one stable and one quasi stable which is invoked by the trigger.Same for the Bistable in which two sates are invoked by two triggers.
A: The terminology is new to me QUASI means not here or there The correct terminology is tri-state meaning it has 3 states as either hi or low or open see 74ls244,245 and so on for examples

Quasi federalism: is when a state has the apperaence of being divided into jurisdictions but is in fact a unitary state which has no divided authority. One example would be Canada just after confederation in 1867, although it appeared to be a federal state that was divided into separate units with different governing bodies, it did not have the divided jurisdictions or authority because of a lack of power in the sub-units.
