What is quickest tornado?

The fastest moving tornado on record was the Tri-State tornado of March 18, 1925, which at times moved as fast as 73 mph.

The fastest wind recorded in a tornado was 302 mph +/- 20 in the Moore, Oklahoma F5 tornado of May 3, 1999. Other tornadoes may have been stronger, though, as only a few dozen tornadoes have had their winds measured, while many thousands have not.
