Thermal radiation and electromagnetic radiation (including radio waves, microwaves, infrared rays, visible light, UV rays, x-rays and gamma rays) are transferred by particles called photons at the speed of light and will keep going on and on until they interact with an energetic enough electromagnetic field.

Alpha radiation is transferred by a helium nucleus (two protons and two neutrons) at a fast rate, but not the speed of light (nothing with mass can travel that fast).

Beta radiation is transferred by electrons and positrons.

Neutron and proton radiation is, obviously, transferred by neutrons and protons.
