Paracetamol is another name for Acetaminophen which is Tylenol. Sudafed Cold and Sinus contains Acetaminophen and Pseudoephedrine. The recommended dose is stated on the label on the back of the product.
The maximum amount of acetaminophen for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose and 4 grams (4000 mg) per day otherwise you can damage your liver. So be careful of that. And remember that pseudoephedrine can raise your blood pressure so ask the pharmacist before you ask for this product.
Both Panadeine and Sudafed contain paracetamol, so if you took a full dose of each together you would be exceeding the recommended paracetamol dose. I suppose if you really wanted the effects of both pills you could take a half dose (one tablet) of each.
Generally the biggest danger of paracetamol (acetaminophen, Tylenol) is the potential of liver damage if taken incorrectly. The recommended maximum daily dose in the United States and the UK is 4,000mg, taken in 1,000mg doses 4 times a day (every six hours). Since it affects the liver, it is recommended to not drink alcohol with paracetamol because it can increase the potential for liver damage. The recommended daily dose has been recently discussed and the FDA may recommend a lower dose soon. I'm unsure what the recommendations are in Europe, but the potential health effects are certainly the same.
Both Pseudovent and Sudafed have the same decongestant, pseudoephedrine. The Pseudovent has the maximum recommended dose of pseudoephedrine (120 mg) per 12 hours, so you shouldn't take them together.

Yes you can take twice the recommended dose of the morning after pill. However it is not recommended. Although safe, it is never a good idea to take more than the recommended dose of any medication.

Since Claritin-D contains both loratadine and pseudoephedrine combined then common sense tells you that you can take both regular Claritin and Sudafed together with no dangerous interactions (but not Claritin-D as you would be then exceeding the recommended dose of pseudoephedrine).Or you can simply buy Claritin-D and save a few bucks.
The daily recommended dose of paracetamol is 500mg-1000mg every 4 hours. Not exceeding 4g per day or the 1g in 4 hour, which ever applies first. An overdose would be if a person were to take more than 4g in any 24 hour period.
