Daloni isn't a Welsh word (as far as I'm aware , Welsh is my first language - I have never heard of it) However , maybe you meant : Daioni : goodness 'oni' is just an ending , like 'Beauty ---> Beautiful' Another Welsh example would be 'Digalon (Dishearted/sad) ---> Digaloni (Dishearten/sadden)

You can say "I am Welsh" by simply stating "I am Welsh" in English. In Welsh, you would say "Cymraeg ydw i" (I am Welsh).
