Sana'a has a very odd climate, mainly due to its elevation and its proximity to the equator. During the summer months, average highs in Sana'a ranges from 25-30C (77-86F) and the lows are 13-18C (55-64F). Monsoon rains provide relief from the slight summer heat and it cools the temperatures. During the winter, Sana'a stays warm during the day, ranging in the mid 60s and low 70s around noon, but it drastically cools down at night to the mid 30s and lower 40s. Conditions are cold enough to produce frost and may produce snow but it rarely rains during the winter for this to happen. Average Yearly Temperature: 62F
