As a middle school counselor (employed by the school system) in Central Mississippi, I am viewed as part of the school's "leadership team" and expected to dress business causal at the least. However, my school based therapist counterpart who works for the regional mental health organization is expected to wear scrubs. We have the similar responsibilities. We work with the same population. We have the similar credentials She works for within the health care sector while I am within the educational sector.
