Appears to be low grade Australian mineral Variscite that people have attributed to the Jasper group. It is not. It has just been given a fancy marketing name. A very pretty stone none the less, but not as hard or durable sa Jasper and porous enough to be dyed in many colours not the original green and sand.. Give away to dying is the spider web feature not being the original sand colour. Many enhanced stones this apears to be silvery in colour.
