Heart conditions can refer pain to the left arm, and many abdominal viscera can refer pain to the RIGHT shoulder/upper arm. However, I am not aware of any pain referral patterns from the low back or abdominal viscera to the left arm. Nor am I aware of any left arm conditions that can refer to the low back. However, that does not mean that it is not possible!!
neck and left arm aches related to angina ,
when you have a heart attack pain transfers from chest to arm, but mostlikely tendonitus.
Cut the arm off and it will go away
Shortness of breath, pain in the left chest, left arm pain, palpitation.
Pain in the left shoulder blade and tingling in the left arm can be caused by a pinched nerve. The exact cause of the pain should be diagnosed by a qualified physician.
There is a nerve which connects all three, so when felt in the heart the signal travels to these other areas
YES The nerve paths are not specific. You can have no pain, chest pain, arm pain (usually left) or any combination of the two.
A seizure is extremely taxing on the muscles as well as the brain. Your muscles spasm with incredible force and you could pull a muscle or even break an arm during a seizure. If the pain continues for more than a few days without improving, I would follow up with a physician. I had a seizure that caused my shoulder to be dislocated-- and I didn't land on the shoulder, this is from sheer muscle exertion.

in my opinion its because main aorta branch proceeds to left side(left arm), that's why we observe noticeable rythmic vibrations in left part. as it happens in main symptom of heart attack, left arm pain along with chest pain and vibrating left arm.
