Whoever wrote the answer below is wrong. Basically the girls (Cece and Rocky) and the boys (Deuce, Ty, and Flynn) make their own web shows. The boys do it for fun and the girls did it for school. Cece thinks she messes up when she answer a question the wrong way and assumes that b/c of her Gunther is moving back to his country, so she agrees to go to the dance as his "girlfriend" and finds out some surprising things in the end.
Plot: Rocky and CeCe find that they have good talents in cooking, and when a rivalry is formed between them they both get Flynn, Ty, Deuce and Gunther to try their hot stews. When Each stew is the same,CeCe and Rocky get more competitive.
