There is nothing special about it. It's just better than Vista, and development of windows OS.

Windows 10 is considered special because it is the newest operating system released by Microsoft. Some of the top features are Cortana, the AI assistant, and the new design to the start menu. Windows 10 tries to combine the Windows 7 and 8.1 start menus and features.
If it works with Vista, it should work with Windows 7 too. Unless it requires a special kind of graphic drivers.
Macs do not come windows ,only PC's come windows so no a macbook does not have windows 7. However, I heard that Macs can run Windows as smoothly as a PC so you could probably buy windows for it.
Well look how much fancy graphics it has and if you upgraded to windows 7 from xp then your computer was probably built for xp not windows 7. But my computer is faster with windows 7...
