oboe ocarina
there is no such thing as an oboe percussion. there is an oboe, and there are percussion instruments, but not an oboe percussion. From an oboe player: I think you might be mixed up. I play some pieces that say oboe/percussion on them, but that is because those pieces are written for middle school bands.
Organ, Oboe
It's hard to tell with the amount of information you are providing, but it could be an Oboe or a Bassoon. They both use two thin reeds put together with some string material, but the oboe uses a tiny tube and the bassoon does not.
you cant you need to buy a new one. they dont cost much. Improved by an oboe player: Some people say you can soak the wooden tip in some warm water to clean is off. And oboe reeds cost at about $12.00
Some lower-sounding oboe/ double reed family members are the English Horn and Oboe d' amore. They are about a 1/3rd octave lower, larger, and deeper sounding, but still share the sound we all love.
