Microsoft would have more control over the halo game production story lines, set ups, etc. But lately recent rumors and information from Machinima.com and interviews with Bungie employees have said stuff about a "Secret Project" which from Machinima.com thinks it might be "Halo Forrunner" in my opinion it would be halo 4, but that's just me.
