nail polish remover might work. If it doesn't work then it'll come off on your own.
Spray it with aerosol hair spray, not the pump kind. This will remove permanent marker or ink from almost anything. If that does not work, and it is a plastic surface that you would be able to wipe dry erase marker off of, you can write over the sharpie with the dry erase marker, and it will usually wipe off both the dry erase marker and the permanent marker.
take a dry erace marker and go ouer it and wipe it off with a clean rag

Not coming off
you grab a wet towel l or put windex on a towel and wipe the marker off
get a wipe and scrub it off
You can try using rubbing alcohol or a whiteboard marker to remove dry erase marker stains from the wall. Simply apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol or use the whiteboard marker to go over the dried black marker stain, then wipe it off with a clean cloth or eraser.
not all...most of them eat there nails off but they were born with nails.
I have found nothing to get permanent marker off of anything. That is why it is called permanent. It stays.
You can just wash it off in the bath or shower.
