The mythical creature is literally "Pie Grande", but is sometimes cross-translated as "Chupa cabra", another mythical creature mostly of Hispanic lore. The term literally means "Goat Sucker".
chupacabras!
"Pie grande" (literally, Spanish for big foot)
There isn't any Spanish word for it, since Bigfoot never achieved much popularity in the Spanish-speaking world. The closest approximation would probably be "Pie grande" (which quite literally means "big foot"), but even then it's a clumsy translation, and would likely be associated with large, unsightly feet rather than mythical monsters. Because of this, most Spanish speakers instead refer to the creature by its English name, "Bigfoot."
They never did. Bigfoot is a phony. They never did. Bigfoot is a phony.
