Nothing in particular. They were regular-issue coins struck at all three then-operating mints. 1927 San Francisco cents are less common but are still worth only about $10 in uncirculated condition.
The last U.S. half cent was made in 1857.
That is Scott number US 1721. It has a 75 value new and 15 cents used.
Unless there is something special about it, its value is one cent.

1 US cent has the same value the world over! i.e. 1 US cent
Probably very little - unless there's something 'special' about it ! There were many thousands of one-cent coins struck (and are still being minted today).
Unless it is special in some way, i.e., uncirculated or proof , it is worth one cent. A nice uncirculated one might retail for 25-35 cents, while a proof might be 35-50 cents.1 cent
The US has minted 1¢ coins since 1793, and at 3 different mints so there are many hundreds of different possibilities. Please post a new, separate question with the coin's date. Alternately, look for questions phrased "What is the value of a <date> US cent?", e.g. "What is the value of a 1927 US cent?" Nearly every date has been asked about and answered.
The first US cent issued by the United States Mint was the Large Cent in 1793.
Yes. In the 'Scott Specialized Catalog of US Stamps' the oldest US stamps have a subcategory for cancellations. Special cancellations can increase the value of older stamps. 'Railroad' is one of those cancellations.Note: You reference a 20 Cent Special Delivery stamp. A 20 cent Special Delivery wasn't issued until 1925. A 'So. Rwy' may add a little value to the stamp, but I wouldn't expect much.
one cent. basically any coin after 1964 has little to no collectors value unless it is a special commemorative.
