What is special about chapter elevan verse thirtyfive of st johns gospel in the king James version of the bible?

(John 11:33-36) 33 Jesus, therefore, when he saw her weeping and the Jews that came with her weeping, groaned in the spirit and became troubled; 34 and he said: "Where have YOU laid him?" They said to him: "Lord, come and see." 35 Jesus gave way to tears. 36 Therefore the Jews began to say: "See, what affection he used to have for him!"

This is the account of Jesus when he resurrects his friend Lazarus from the dead.

Lazarus had fallen ill and his sisters sent for Jesus. Lazarus died before Jesus got their to heal him.

The special thing here is that Jesus knew he was going to resurrect Lazarus - yet he cried. This reveals a tender side that Jesus had. Here he was - the Son of God - crying. (God did not intend for humans to grieve when he created them)... It also reveals that he was emotionally tied to humans. And since Jesus was a reflection of his heavenly father - we know that Almighty God has a deep love for humans too.

Today - Jesus is in heaven with his father. He will soon be the King of the earth. How wonderful that we have them to shepherd us and that they deeply love us.
