Static electricity is static. It's just shortened.
I think you can discharge static by using an Anti Static Wristband
If someone wishes to remove static, there are many examples of good anti static products. Static-A-Way is a detergent that removes static from clothes when washed. Grounding wrist bands remove static when working on computers.
I've read that Static Guard will help resolve the static problem.
Static Discharge
This is when network routes are manually entered into a router's configuration, as opposed to using a routing protocol to automatically determine routes.
This is the place where all the static information are stored. The data store provides a repository of persistent information about the farm (Farm configuration information, Published Application configurations, Server configurations, Static policy configuration, XenApp administrator accounts, and Printer configurations) that all servers can refer.

"IP configuration" determines how your computers IP address is assigned. A "static address" is what would be set if you want to manually assign your computer an IP. A "dynamic IP address" would use DHCP or some other form of this to automatically assign your device an IP without an user intervention and usually should be set unless you need to make you IP set to something very specific.
Static Blocks are always executed first. A static block is executed when your class is charged but a static method is executed only when is called, therefor first the class is charged and then is executed a method.
Network Layer
Usually the systems will be assigned an APIPA address in the range 169.254.x.y in order to use resources in their own LAN. The APIPA configuration can also default to static IP addresses if necessary. If APIPA is not being used then the only way to use the network is to manually assign a static IP address and all of the required settings.
Once you are connected in a LAN and IP address configured in same rage using static or DHCP it should be a problem for the conectivity.
