Normal blood pressure is below 120 over 80. 93 over 60 is about as low as you can go before there is concern that it is too low.
If your blood pressure is 94 over 54 it means that you have quite a low blood pressure, but as long as you feel fine there is no reason for concern.
Your circulatory system maintains pressure in your arteries and your heart pumps against it. Blood pressure numbers reflect your arterial pressure when your heart pushes blood through your system, and also when your heart rests between beats. The "active" pressure is the top number on your blood pressure reading. It is the "systolic" pressure. The "passive," or "resting," pressure is the bottom number, and represents the "diastolic" pressure. Healthy blood pressure numbers are 120 systolic over 80 diastolic, or slightly lower Blood pressure changes throughout your day, depending on your position, your anxiety level, and your activity level. Chronic high blood pressure increases your risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, but temporary increases in blood pressure allow you to meet the demands you put on your body when you exercise. Without adequate pressure, your blood delivery system fails. so,yes !!
blood pressure should be below 120 systolic and 80 diastolic..thats the safe level.. but since ur pulse is high it changes the reading..it depends on what youre doing.. normal adult pulse is 60 to 100...
you are a t stroke level, so you will need an ambulance ASAP
A healthy blood pressure range would be 120/80. Often if your blood pressure is higher than this you will be told you have high blood pressure and anything lower would be low blood pressure. If your blood pressure is over 140 then you should take steps to reduce this.
Death.
Ideally, we should all have a blood pressure below 120 over 80 (120/80). This is the ideal blood pressure for people wishing to have good health. At this level, we have a much lower risk of heart disease or stroke.
Stroke is the number one cause of adult disability in the world's wealthiest countries and the third leading cause of death after heart attack and cancer. Here are the Major Risk Factors for a Stroke: High blood pressure or hypertension. Blood pressure reading of 140/90 or higher. High fat diet, stress and being overweight can narrow arteries. Smoking or exposure to secondhand smoke. Sticky blood or platelet aggregation. microscopic components of blood stick together, leading to clot formation. To prevent this, talk to your doctor about taking a low dose aspirin daily. Aspirin inhibits platelet aggregation and can reduce the risk of stroke by up to 30% in some people. Vitamin E can improve blood flow and prevent blood clots. High cholesterol level. Before a person has a stroke, he/she might have one or more "ministrokes", or transient ischaemic attacks [TIAs}. The symptoms are the same as a stroke. High Homocysteine level. Homocysteine is an amino acid used by the body for many functions including detoxification. Heavy Drinking
Resting at or just below the level of the heart. If raised higher in the air, it will affect the BP reading.

Improper positioning of the patient can effect blood pressure readings. The patient should be sitting upright with elbow slightly bent, resting the arm on a surface that is level with the heart. This will give you the most accurate reading.
