A narrow, usually cylindrical and more or less filiform extension of the pistil, which, when present, bears the stigma at its apex.

that's pretty much what it is theres not really a bigger answer for this

A style is also a design or pattern on a flower or petal it makes the flower look pretty like a picture on a plant A style can also be a tube that brings materials from the roots to different places in the pistil
