I think that you mean "LOBOTOMY". It is the incision of a brain lobe. It used to be used to treat some forms of mental illness that didn't respond to other treatments. They drill a hole in the skull, and surgically "disconnect" parts of the brain from each other.
It depends on how strong the tooth is. If it's decayed to the point of being weak and fragile, it might be best to surgically remove it.
there is a pulse in the center of the skull. it is known as Bhrahmas hole.
The Foramen Magnum
It's unlikely, but possible, depending on how the hole got there. Trepanning - or the process of creating a small hole in the skull for medical purposes - can actually preventdeath in some cases. This may be done to relieve cranial pressure, which can occur as a result of traumatic brain injury. The hole may be temporary (as in the case of caniotomy, where the piece of bone is put back as soon as possible), or permanent (as in the case of a craniectomy, where the bone is not replaced).
There is a hole in your skull, the bone that protects your brain and constitutes the majority of your head.
It is possible for a person to have a hole in their skull and live a normal life. This may happen if a person has suffering a gun shot wound to the head.
