I have a good idea for a realy good pokemon. First get mudkip. Evolve it at Level 16. Then evolve it again into swampert at Level 36. Train it to about level 65. Swamperts only real weakness is grass so teach it a lot of ice type moves and your set for the Elite Four.
What is swamperts best attack?
I guess that would be Earthquake. It learns Earthquake in level 52. But Hammer Arm is also an awesome attack that Swampert learns. Swampert learns Hammer Arm in level 69. Hope I helped :)
