What is teleknisis?

How do you make your self dizzy without mixing your D.N.A and turn into a mermaid whenever you touch water and turn into a human which means back to normal just the way you were whenever you dry off?

I dont really understand your question if you are looking to be dizzy, why? and the resolution is to spin round and round looking down then stop and sharply look up. Your power will take about 2 months to fully develope. for the spell to work, you need a symbol; something that is special to you and it has to be on your upper body so that it is visibble when you grow a tail. You can not take it off for more than 2 hours at a time or you will lose your tail and powers or if you are in the process of becoming a mermaid, it wont work.
