To ask if it is alright to do something, the formula is [negative stem] + なくてもいい? (nakute mo ii?). For example, if I wanted to ask if it was okay for me to turn in a math assignment tomorrow, I would say 明日、数学の宿題を出さなくてもいいですか (ashita, suugaku no shukudai wo dasa nakute mo ii desu ka).
I'm not sure which Okay you mean, but
Are you okay?! ( Daijoubu desu ka!? )
I'm okay. (Daijoubu desu)
or the other meaning,
How are you? (ogenki desu ka?)
I'm okay. (genki desu)
You are ok: anata wa daijobu desu あなたは大丈夫です
I am ok daijobu desu 大丈夫です
Casually: いいよ (ii yo)
Politely: いいです (ii desu)
大丈夫です
daijoubu desu.
