50 to 1 ratio
i run mine @ 50:1
although the sticker on it says 100:1, mix a 50:1 ratio. In 1986 & 1987, for some reason Johnson went to a 100:1 recommendation. I actually like a 64:1 ratio in my pre mix 2 stroke outboards. That's 2oz of oil per gallon of gas.
Johnson outboards manufactured after 1964 require a 50:1 ratio, one pint of 2 cycle oil, to six gallons of fuel.
The 1969 model, 55 hp Johnson outboard, requires a 50:1 ratio. One pint of 2 cycle oil, to six gallons of fuel.
50:1 oil mix is typical for outboard two-cycles. Some do a little more in the winter.
50:1 ratio
Mine is 50:1 Model FD-22M Hope that helps. Loren
50 to 1, or one pint oil to six gallons of gas.
The 4.5 HP Mercury Outboard requires 50 to 1 fuel, to 2 cycle oil ratio. A mix of six gallons of gallons of fuel to one pint of oil is a good mix for the Outboard.
