The 'ARTS' Model was created by Margaret Simms at ProCEEd - the Early Years and Childcare consultancy in Nottinghamshire. ARTS is used to stimulate Early Years educators and motivate the workforce. ARTS takes an audit of the team skills in order to build up professional working relationships and enhance the workforce. Early Years Educator featured Simms' inspirational work on building professional working relationships in EYE Focus September 2007.
