Then, when you have 493 master balls, go into grass (I suggest going into the Battle Region for higher levels) and press down your L button while walking. Then, that Pokemon should appear. Then, you can use those master balls to catch the Pokemon. (Another cool thing about this is that if you want a starter Pokemon, you can get it in both genders, not just male. (If this cheat doesn't work, I'm sorry, It worked for me! I have 5 Arceus and 3 mew's!! ^.^ Hope this helped!)
