The Ability Capsule is a special one-use item that will allow you to change your Pokémon's current ability but only if it has at least two natural abilities. The Ability Capsule cannot change a Pokémon's ability from a natural ability to a hidden ability or vice-versa so Pikachu would be unable to access the Ability Capsule since it only has Static has a regular ability but the Ability Capsule would be able to work on Skorupi since it has two natural abilities which are Sniper and Battle Armor meaning that if you have an Battle Armor Skorupi then you can use the capsule on it in order to change its ability to its Sniper ability.
