One horsepower (hp) equals 746 Watts (W), regardless of voltage (V). Kilo-Volt-Amps, often expressed as "KVA" is a commonly used unit of power. 1 Watt is defined as 1VA. 1 KVA equals 1000 Watts. 1 HP = 746 Watts = 0.746KVA and therefore 1KVA = 1000W = 1.34hp
1 KVA = 1,000 watts or in other terms, 1 Kilowatt.
200ma is .200 amps or .2 amps
Amps = Watts / Volts Amps = 130000 / 480 Amps = 270.83
Amps is short for ampere, a unit for current.
It is just product of voltage and current at unity powerfactor(UPF) or power at UPF. 1kva is one kilovolt amp or 1000 volts at 1000 amps.

8.3 amp
1kva means 1kv per ampere therefore 1 amp flowing and 1 kv deduce to be the product of the two or 1kw
On a 1kva you have 1000 watts capacity. To fine the current the formula is I = W/E. The secondary side of the transformer has the capacity of 1000/120 = 8.3 amps. In your question you do not put the amps across the secondary you draw amps from it. Using the transformer to its maximum, without overloading it, the primary will be 4.16 amps at 240 volts and the secondary will be 8.33 at 120 volts. <<>> voltage times amps equals wattage
There is zero amps in one kilo volt amp. The terminology of KVA is (K) kilo meaning one thousand, (V) for volt and (A) for amperage. What is missing from the equation is a given voltage. Formula for finding the answer is I = (VA or W)/V .
cost of the solarpanals per 1KVA
APC recommends a 1500VA for this load.
The current rating of transformers vary widely as well as the types (step-down, etc.....). So depending on the use, the primary power, and the secondary power, the amp load will change. More in general current is amps, if your transformer has say 1Kva on it then that tells you the apparent power the transformer can handle. As a side note a lot of transformers are rated in VA or KVA and that is a combination of volts and amps (apparent power).

depending on the length of neon.. a large sign 15Kv at 60 Ma is common 1Kva
