If a dress made in Japan is labeled as a medium, it's probably a small in the United States. Japanese manufacturers also use two separate numbered systems.
Size 10
China
"Free" size, also known as "One size fits most." Note that a Japanese "free size" will be significantly smaller than a US one-size-fits-all. For young women's clothing, an Asian free size tends to be similar to an American medium or even small.
There is no size 2022 in the size charts of the United States.
10.5 for males in the US

Well I am an asian american and i am 22. My feet are size 7 us mens. Im typical height for an asian man but you know im really short comPared to most of my friends and their feet are huge..
US size 12 is definitely now a small. It's more so a medium/large. I tend to think of it as in between being a "true medium" and a " true large." Its confusing when different makers use their own size chart. I find it easier folling the measurements.
