"Warrrr" is the call of the Barking Frog (Craugastor augusti).
Specifically, the voice of the Barking Frog is similar to a yelping dog off in the distance. It is repeated about every 2 seconds. It may be heard in March and April or in late June and July after heavy summer rains.
