They can but not if they both are boys they would fight a lot. The above is not necessarily true... If you have a male Bombay, and had him for over one year, then got another adult male Bombay (not an Alpha) the pecking order should fall into play (even if your first Bombay is passive). The trick is to NEVER mix two alpha males together. If you obtain a Bombay then 6 months later get another one there can be fighting. Bombay cats go by pecking order because they are not totally independent cats. If another cat tries to "steal" their special humans attention, the other Bombay will seriously injure the other. Again Bombay's are NOT Like Most Cats. They tend to have "Dog like" traits also, although there is another trick. Get a kitten, Bombay's will tolerate all kittens and dogs.
It's an opinion, but I think Bombay Cats are beautiful. I have two at home and they are adorable little kittens, but that's just my opinion!
