Compare the ATK of the attacker to the DEF of Wall of Illusion to determine if it is considered destroyed. Wall of Illusion will then activate and bounce the attacker back to hand. Finally, if Wall of Illusion was considered destroyed, then here it will be sent to the graveyard. Otherwise it remains on the field.
