Arizona has different climates. During the summer, if you're staying the Phoenix area, Tucson area, they are going to have tempatures in the 100's. In the northern country by Flagstaff, also around Show Low, the tempatures are around the mid to high 80's. During the winter the Phoenix area etc. has the average high tempature around the low to mid 60's. While up in the northern part of the state, tempatures can go as low as 0 degrees.
Southern California, Southern Nevada, Much of Arizona, the southern half of New Mexico, far west Texas, southern Utah all have a hot and dry climate.
