When was the first roman colosseam built?
The question seems to refer to the Roman Colosseum which the emperor Vespasian began in 70 AD CE and was completed by his son emperor Titus in 80 AD CE. It was modest in size to the Circus Maximus which held 180,000 spectators mostly for chariot races. Originally called the Flavian Amphitheater, the Colosseum modestly seated around 50,000 people. This place was the centerpiece for gladiator fights and the killing of wild beasts. It was constructed of travertine stone in the shape of an ellipse almost 1800 feet around. The external wall rose to 157 feet and the building was divided into three stories. Three different kinds of columns were used at each level. The interior also had three divisions. There were special seating arrangements for the wealthy. The interior was adorned with statues and frescos. Marble was used extensively in the interiors. The structure had 80 entrances with 2 of them reserved for the emperor and his guests. The floor of the arena had a 15 foot wall to protect the spectators from any harm, and there was plenty of it in the arena. Caesar had already staged the largest inland naval battle years ago in a carved out basin to hold boats and gladiators, but it was not flooded again, but used for mostly gladiator fights. Titus held the dedication of in 80 AD and Roman engineering was used to flood the arena to replicate a sea battle in the Peloponnesian War. The fighters were war prisoners and condemned prisoners. The sea battle ended when one side or the other killed all of their enemies. The winners had a chance to gain their freedom.
