I've read elsewhere that Logitech Harmony universal remotes will work using RCA codes, they suggested L32HD31 as your TV to get it to control the TCL tv and comcast. I have used 10047 and 11781 as the remote code for a TCL LCD TV on my Comcast digital adapter remote. They are each RCACodes, that work perfectly on TCL , as RCA is owned by TCL.
The code in the Comcast sheet that came with the remote is 10180. It does not work. Craig says tha 16222,10073,10180 and 11822 might work. They did not. I found the code 11823 will allow the power button to work but not the volume and mute button. Bill

I too have the prizmo hd+ flat screen, and yes the mitsu code 0178 works perfectly find. Remote is now programmed.
Yes the HD remote will code in on the LCD system.
The most likely code will be 10054. Other codes that might work are: 10171, 11963, 11271, 10187, 10030, 11314 or 10587.
It appears the TCL 55" uses RCA codes. Give RCA codes a try because they worked for me -- in my case, code 333 worked for my Avex R6 (URC-RC) Universal remote control. Maybe the other TCL TVs use the same RCA codes.
This brand is at the bottom of the list of good products.
We will need to know the brand of your TV and the model of the remote to know what code to give you.
Funai actually makes sylvania tvs davincian...
If it has a remote function and you just don't have the remote, buy a universal remote. Most will fine the code to operate properly.
